IDENTITY, ILLUSTRATION
National Dance Day invites local communities and dance professionals to come together and celebrate the art form of dance. The Kennedy Center offers free classes, performances, activities, and live music for all ages. This year's event celebrated dance culture as a key to community engagement, collaboration, and support. I chose a spirited typeface and created a custom illustration of diverse dancers en masse embracing joy, celebration, and community.
